Seriously I have used 2 feet on the brake a few times already. Looking at disc brakes.

Just saw the part about the Lincoln... I agree, it's a boat on wheels, those old big cars take the jaws of life to bring that 6000 pound rolling piece of metal to a stop! Haha

i got in a pursuit with chp from the street races when i was 17. i was in my camaro and he was falling farther and farth behind, so i thought maybe he was just clearing everyone out, well i wedged myself between cars at a light, so did he, in front of me lol. cuffed me, the whole 9, pulled the dad is a cop card and it actually worked. he even told my dad that if i wouldnt have pulled into that group of cars he wouldve never caught up :D

Dang are you lucky! Lol

Seems if you have the pull with someone in CHP or PD these days it pays off!

Got pulled over once for 90 in a 55 by an undercover. Somehow got off with a warning.

Passed a cop on my R1 doing about 150. I don't know if he even pulled out.

I think my luck has to be running out.

I'd say unless there is someone posted ahead of the cop who tags you at that speed, there is no point in pursuing. More risk to the public if the cop starts going at that speed.

First ticket was at 16. Was coming home from a local car meet when some big SUV was tailgating the hell out of me on a 2 lane road (one each way) so I decided to speed up but he stayed on my ass. As the road turns into a 4 lane road and the douche is passing me we blow past a cop pulling out of a gas station and he sees 2 cars neck and neck next each other. I didn't see him pull out or turn the lights on so I kept going as I was down the street from my house. I had time to drive into my condo, park, and get out of my car and THEN he pulls up and tells me to get the F*** back in the car.

Long story short he writes me up for the following...
racing another vehicle at high speeds, 85mph est over a 1 mile span passing through buniess and residential zones causing hazardous condistions for other motorist. It was a reckless driving ticket which cost me a lot. I've had 10 other tickets since hahaha.

I was 16 and it was 4:45 in the morning and it was me and my buddy. We were going hunting and had 2 rifles in the truck. I had forgotten my license insurence and my inspection sticker was out of date lol so yea I got 4 tickets the first go around lol. We were scared cuz of the guns in the truck but Ms doesn't care about guns.

I was 17 when I first got my ticket. I was a senior in high school and bought my first car which I still have today(Honda Civic). It was lunch time and the cool seniors got out so I got in my car and having some fun in the car doing about 40. School cop runs to his car and starts to chase me.

I see him and try to outrun him, my grandmas house is 2 blocks away. After going into a shopping center for 5 minutes and trying to hide, I decided to quickly drive to my grandmas. School cop busts me in the shopping center in front of everyone. Tells me I was endangering student lives by going 35 in a 25 zone. He writes me a ticket and says MUST BRING PARENT in giant letters on the bottom.

I had the worst conversation of my life with my dad that night. Costed me $400 bucks, 4 hours in court and another $100 bucks for traffice school. Best part was it was 2 weeks before my birthday and I spend all my birthday money on it.

Thankfully no tickets yet (knocks on wood) - that being said i have been pulled over a few times...

My first time being pulled over was when i went out at 11 pm to grab some energy drinks for my night of studying. On my way home i choose to take the back streets, which go by a golf course that has some perfect S Curves. I was driving a BMW z4, and figured that it was late and no one is ever on this road and went for it.

Passed a turn into a neighborhood and of course wouldn't you know it a cop is sitting waiting. Follows me out and pulls over, asks me how fast i was going to which i said i had no clue - honestly i stopped looking at 65 - Anyways long story short he had to let me go because he didn't get a lock on my speed. Of course before he left he said if he ever pulled me over again he'd give me a ticket for anything and everything.

My first was maybe 2 months after I got my license at 16, 79 in a 65. Got it dropped to improper equipment.

My funniest would be when I was 17 or 18, coming onto the highway at night with a big box truck in front of me. We were doing about 40-45 and he was going nowhere so I down-shifted to 2nd and gunned it to the center lane... then to the left lane; got stuck behind a car after hitting 84, so I slowed down a bit until there was room to pass on the right. Went from 5th to 3rd and floored it again passing on the right, got to right at 90 and I notice theres a car following behind me that had been there the whole time... then the blue lights came on. The cop was apparently behind me the ENTIRE time (it was dark out and I didn't notice). He ended up being really cool, but I still got a ticket for 84 in a 55. It was dropped to 59 in a 55, so all was well in the world.

And the big hurry I was in? Heading to my dads to get my PS2 I had left over there. I'm 23 now and I hardly speed much anymore, and if it happens it's just because I don't notice and I'm following the pace of traffic.

Why isn't there an option for 0. :)

Haven't been pulled over, but have had a few close-calls over the years. I tend to not speed 10mph over the limit on freeways and keep it within a 0-5mph over limit on streets. Even though I constantly risk being cited for multiple violations (no front plate, unsafe car (too low), tint, etc...), so far the cops haven't bothered me for that either, luckily.
