Hey guys!
I know I've been off the site for a very long period of time, mostly due to my senior year of high school getting done. Currently, I will be attending San Diego State this fall as a Finance undergrad. My question is, what should I do to maximize my overall professional work while in college? I honestly do not mind living in San Diego after I graduate, so I want to establish a basis for myself there. Should I just become friends with professors while I am there? Join a fraternity? When should I acquire an internship? I know the finance field is competitive, but I KNOW I can do it. I'm a great salesman and am super motivated. Any tips or ideas you guys have for me so that I can get a full experience and graduate with connections? Anybody know of any networking events in San Diego? I appreciate the help.
P.S: I wanted to thank you all for your support earlier. I got into SDSU with only a 6% acceptance rate for "out of district" students.
