Dinner tonight was inline with my new kick of cleansing the body from all of the garbage food I ate in Playa over the weekend.
We started with an organic veggie soup, then refried beans, and organic chicken marinated in lime and cilantro as the main entree.
The results:
Very nice man, after a long time of eating clean/quality foods I can hardly even have a "cheat" meal now a days without feeling terribly sick from the grease. Keep on sharing though, will try and replicate some for myself :clap:
Tonights menu:
- Thai-Seasoned Coconut Crusted Organic Chicken Breast
- Grilled Zucchini basted in hoisin garlic sauce
- Steamed Baby Bok Choy and brocolli with Sesame Soy Sauce
- Steamed Mushrooms coated in soy sauce
- Fried Baby Red Potato
All soy sauce used was low sodium
