What is your favorite luxury watch brand? (mini survey)

Hey L4P watch lovers,

currently I am working on an industry analysis about the luxury watch industry. I want to show the difference between average watch prices of a certain brand, compared to its perceived luxury status by the customer.

I would be really happy, if you can fill out this really small survery. It wont take you longer than 2 minutes and of course I can publish the results to all L4Pers.

Luxury Watch Brands

Thank you very much for your support, I really appreciate this.
Btw. is anyone in the posession of the world watch report published by |C-Agency?

Best regards

Sebastian

Done!
I am interested in seeing how this turns out. I think several brands should have been added such as Cartier, MB&F, Chopard, Piaget, Bulgari, etc. But if you added every brand that probably could have been added. It will be a massive of list and you would be getting into brands that far fewer would be familiar with.

I will post the results in a few days.
I think Cartier, Chopard, Piaget and Bulgari are more like jewelry watches. Their most expensive watches are only expensive due to the use of gold, diamonds etc...
And MB&F have a very limited uber exclusive portfolio and do not have any entry level watches.
Glashuette Original could have been included.

Cartier has a long history in making pilot watches, one of the original.

Chopard's L.U.C. series is quite a watch.

Piaget makes movements for other brands too.

That's exactly what I put in my survey. I'm a big fan of theirs.

I am pretty sure you will get people that will see it that way and some that will not.

High end jewelry pieces are in fact luxury items. The very price on these watches means they are luxury pieces and the fact is they are watches.

Now onto MB&F which surely is a luxury brand just look at the prices. So your saying because they don't have entry level watches they are not a luxury watch brand?

How is it any entry level watch of any kind is a luxury watch?

Some very good points here.

Of course it is a luxury watch brand. Just not a brand I am looking on right now.

I will put the results of the survery into a perceptual map. Comparing the average watch price with the perceived luxury status of the brand.
Currently, for my brand audit, I am just focusing on 1 brand. This brand I want to compare to the other brands.
This brand has got entry level watches at €5,000 whereas their average watch price is about €22,000.
That is the reason why I do not compare them with MB&F, Cabestan or others, because they just play within another league :)
Also Chopard, Cartier, etc. are of course competitors to "my" brand, but I guess there are a lot of other watch brands which are much more closer :)

THanks again for everyone's participation. I already have 50 completed surverys :)
