Virgin is nice, one of the Creed that actually smells unlike anything else that already in the market by then - my only issue was how easily a VIW turned, from delicious rum-flavoured into something that resembles a coconut oil, if we didn't store it properly.

You should try Green Valley and Royal Oud too. and of course Silver Mountain Water - the Creed success story

ah, Acqua di Gio. No di Gio, no sex.
Of the 3 Creed you listed for me to try, which ONE would be your "Top Choice" having never tried either 3...?

Green Valley would be really hard to get. It smells literally like a green grass in the morning. the smell of Golf course at dawn first light. It have a slight salty basenotes due to the ambergris Creed used.

Royal Oud is a woody scent with dusty character. it smells mature without being 'old', One of the Creed that I dare to say 'no comparison in the market'. If you're familiar with Le Labo or MDCI you'll like it.It's an acquired taste that truly hit the fragrance community (other than the Aventus), it's Creed non-people pleaser, and usually what fragrance enthusiasts loves have a hard time to be accepted in the market.

Silver Mountain Water is a fruity tea scent with a hint of metallic. incredibly fresh and on the sweet side.

Knowing that you like Green Irish Tweed, I would say that you'll like Silver Mountain Water, you might find Green Valley likeable - albeit a bit weird and most likely find Royal Oud to be too formal and mature.

Thanks for that detailed reply! I was leaning towards SMW as I do NOT like nor does my wife, Woody smells! I prefer: Clean, Citrus, Sweet, Fresh aromas. Some others I keep on hand and have used for years: Issey Miyake, Farenheit, Memorie by Nina Ricci (that one is amazing!)

Yes that one! Damn... 20 bottles! It has been discontinued for a while. And hard to find from a reputable spot.
Memorie is still numerous in the other part of the world (it never sells well in Asia), been seeing a lot of it in the duty free stores there.

I'm still looking for Balenciaga's Ho Hang Club for my collection

My lovely and thoughtful wife just got me this. I had come across a sample from who knows when in one of my drawers and she and both really liked it. She ordered it from Chanel and it came gift wrapped. Oh how I love this woman...
congrats man, Edition Blanche is one of the best Chanel pour homme in my opinion
