What are the differences between a new Lamborghini bought in the US vs. Europe?
Do they have the same effect or is the US version restriced due to enviromental laws?

For the past 10 years US has had stricter emissions laws. Now they are about the same.i would think it would be the other way around
Color on the side light markers ... they are white over here in Europe while on US cars they are orange at the front and red at the back ?
There are small differences, mostly cosmetic. If you're asking if there is a performance difference, the answer is no.
