That's insane. It takes a special kind of asshole to take something that doesn't belong to you (and something that rightful owner trusts you with) and purposely do damage and/or destroy it. Hope the "mechanic" gets canned and black listed from ever working on another customer's car.
why do dealerships wait until things get escalated to want to make things right? In this age of social media, i would not want to piss a customer off.. once this video popped up, those guys should have been fired and the dealership should have been on their hands and knees trying to make it up to the guy
