Decent 70ish weather in Feb I would say, maybe not every day but good enough.

April till October is normally pretty good.
But honestly you never know... it could be 90 one day and rain the next day.

I was wondering this as well. I wanna haul a couple of bikes down with the toy hauler down to cali and ride some of these roads and do a few track days.
