Hi luxury lovers :bow1:
We've opened an online shop recently and now thinking about implementing some new technologies which would make it stand out in the crowd. Our PR manager suggested that we should implement a voice bot to call our customers. What do you think about the idea? Do you have any experience in using anything of that kind?
