every summer !!!! i am trying to build a relationship w/ many many families.. it's the only way to get real estate there!!!
My wife and I have stayed at the Grand Tremezzo [Villa D'Este] - what a wonderful place to stay. As well, love the pics of Bellagio - we have almost an identical pic from our visit as well. The wine room/restaurant is run by a Ferrari fanatic - he used to host the owner of Nickle & Nickle [I want to say Gil...?] at his family home along with several of his cars right on the lake during summertime...I'll try to find his name... great guy, lots of fun to talk cars, etc...

mmmmm, you said one of my favorite words....Lusso. I've got to keep on workin' for that one. If I know you, one will be in your compound not long after the paint has dried... BTW, props to you for buying your dad a new home. My folks are both gone and I had always wished I could do that for one of them....HUGE PROPS!!
