Problem is you can't order green brake calipers from the factory, you'll have to get them done 'aftermarket' ... but that shouldn't be a problem I think:

Quick PhotoShop : green calipers, changed WhiteBalance to make the Verde Ithaca stand out better and made the wheels completely black.

This. Car would be perfect on some all black or even carbon fiber rims.
