sprint-distance (750 m swim; 20km bike ; 5 km run) ok for my 40-year old bones :lol::lol::lol:. greetzzz

Congrats man, that is a major accomplishment. You look in great shape for 40. I would get some tri-bars on the bike ASAP if you plan on riding any Olympic distance tri's, they do wonder for your posture.
