Hello again everyone!

We are proud to announce that we will again be hosting the 'SupercarsOnStateStreet' Luxury and Exotic Car Show. Back in its second year we will build on the success of last years event in making this a show worth attending. Please stay tuned for more updates on partnerships and event details (such as times) as the date nears, but in the meantime please feel free to register and reserve your spot! In doing so you will be supporting the American Cancer Society and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. Last years event was threatened with rain, and our attendance reflected. However we still had close to 50 Exotics of all makes and models, and raised twenty-one hundred dollars for the American Cancer Society. We hope to at least double that this year, and we know if the weather is on our side, that we will achieve this goal. Time to get the ball rolling... We have Mclaren, Porsche and Lamborghini/UGR, along with over a dozen other sponsors, backing this event and will each have a feature vehicle on displaying their respective models. We are very much looking forward to a huge turnout this year! Registrants can and have been pre-registering online and by mail, and with less than 8 weeks left until the show, we hope you will too!

I will be keeping this thread updated and will be posting a list of vehicles, to be updated daily as to give everyone an idea of what to look forward to. Additionally, many cruises will again take place from areas such as West Chester, PA/ Northern Virginia/ Maryland/ Delaware and hopefully parts of New York and New Jersey.

Only 4 weeks until showtime!!!*

As we count down the days until Supercars again take over the street of downtown Harrisburg, we ask that if you have not already registered, to please do so by August 1st. The list of attendees is growing rapidly and we wish to accommodate everyone accordingly. Advanced registration not only ensures entry into the event but helps us to create an event that is both organized and unique.

We hope to fill State Street this year (130+ vehicles) and them some, and as it stands we are on track to do just that. All the same we are looking to get as many Luxury & Exotic automobiles to turnout, all in support of the American Cancer Society and Making Strides Against Breast Cancer!

Some updates worth noting:
The event will be aired on The CW and WFMZ as its own show. Vintage TV will be broadcasting the event in its entirety, featuring driver interviews, feature vehicles and awards.

Like last year, the CBS 21 News team will be on site filming a segment to be aired along with our celebrity choice awards.

(This being said, there is a very good chance that your car, if not everyones car may make it on TV!)

McLaren of Philadelphia and Porsche of the Main Line have confirmed they will be bringing out display vehicles, in addition to a local enthusiasts own Underground Racing Lamborghini Gallardo Superlagerra LP1000-4.

The Miss Pennsylvania International Pageant winners will be helping out taking pictures and selling raffle tickets throughout the day.

We will have a handful of photographers/videographers covering the event, along with a DJ and food vendors on site.

100+ raffle and silent auction items will be on display to be won, with the proceeds to be donated as well. Items range from a few dollars to well over $500.

You can enter to win a ride in any of the following: Lamborghini Gallardo SE, Lotus Evora, Lotus Exige S or Corvette Z06. (others may be added!)

The parade will again take place from Harrisburg's City Island to that of where the cars will be parked along State Street. Makes for a nice cruise down 2nd Street (Restaurant Row).

Every award will be completely handmade from actual engine internals. Winners will be receiving not juLst an award but a piece of art!

What an awesome event! I rode up in my friend's F430 as part of a caravan that started in Northern Virginia, went through Maryland end ended in Harrisburg.

Most of my pictures are from the registration/pre-meet area because the actual car show itself was a lot more crowded.
