Introducing the 718 Cayman. Porsche has given this bad boy some sweet new features, similar to those in the 718 Boxster (unveiled last year). Features include 280-pound feet of torque and a 4.5 second 0-60 mph time. Just like the 718 Boxster, a 296bhp turbocharged four-cylinder engine powers the 718 Cayman, allowing it to zoom past Average Joes on the road. (Unfortunately it won’t be fast enough for a police chase.)
Visually, the 718 Cayman features a slimmer front fascia with a sharper profile, and redesigned taillights. On its rear, you’ll also find a strong accent strip stamped with a Porsche badge.
Equipped with a sleek cockpit and Apple CarPlay, the 718 Cayman is a good improvement from its predecessor. This bad boy will hit dealerships in November 2016, starting at $53,900.
