very nice... but if you think about the day to day life in this house... it isnt that awesome...

i live in a 11,800 sq. ft. house.... we use about 2,500 of that space... the rest is just for parties...

This house still manages to amaze me. It's perfect in every way.

Property tax in 2009 was $161,584.. yikes; when it was originally listed in 2008, it was offered at $39MM, but it has been on the market already for two years and reduced 35% to current price; I wonder how long one would have to hold on to it to see a profit worth staking $25MM?
