I dont really wanna go into too much specific detail to avoid encouranging others to take advantage of the company, but I do want to send out a big thank you to steve and johnny at Sonbol for going above and beyond in doing what they could to make me happy with my secondhand sonbol. I received a package in the mail and its contents more than made up for my disappointment with my watch.

the customer service, brevity of dealing with the situation and dedication to making me happy all are a testimony to a great young company. I will wear my sonbol proudly for years to come. Thank you so much.
