According to none other than the U.S Senate , practically every Ferrari currently sold is equipped with faulty airbags from Takata.

The move isn't illegal, but it's certainly bad form from one of the worlds most luxurious brands.

Granted, the airbags aren't defective yet, the NHTSA says that won't happen until 2018 when Ferrari will be forced to issue a recall--again certainly bad form from the Prancing Horse.

The Ferraris in question include include the FF, California T, 488 GTB and 488 Spider, GTC4Lusso, F12 and F12tdf.

Maranello has not responded to requests for comment.
