Shopping center for sale in Norcross, Ga. Owner is asking $9,000,000. It is 98% occupied, only 1 vacancy. Almost 750,000 a year in NET income. merchant sq.jpg Anyone know an investor that may be interested? If so send me a PM. I also know a guy selling 2 hotels on St. Pete Beach, Florida. He is asking $60,000,000 each. Thanks.

low return rate on that property for putting up $9m. Section eight investments better, pay off average we have is 2.5 - 3 years on several large properties around the country with same investment amount.

Yeah, it'll take you 19 years to make that money back after taxes and stuff. Not worth 9 mill imo. Goodluck

He said the $750k is NET INCOME . . . Which means a note for the property could be serviced and there would be $900k left over/yr. if that were actually the case, the ROIC would be incredible.
