I have no clue why; but my dad's practically brand new (January 2010) 335i was horribly marred and had very bad surface contamination.

Every time I would look at the car in the daylight it would make my cringe. As you can see below; it was bad.

You can see the haloing from a distance

Rough shape; take the hood for example

Washed, clayed (took me forever and the bar is now in the trash), then off to use the PC to polish.

Left side - untouched
Right side - corrected

As my second time doing a paint correction, I'm pretty happy with the results. There are still some fine scratches that you can see (I'm assuming a rotory would need to get those out). Regardless, the black looks deeper, darker, and way glossier.

Compared to how it looked before; I would say it looks ten times better.

Nevermind that sunflare and the little tree seed that is seen above my head floating.

Materials used:
Chemical Guys Maxi Suds II
Sonus Ultra Fine
Porter Cable 7424XP
Adam's Swirl and Haze Remover
Chemical Guys Wet Mirror Finish Gloss
P21S Carnauba Wax
