Anyone familiar with the process of changing your address on your auto's registration? I filled out the change of address form and shipped it to Sacramento 3-4 weeks ago. Will they send me an updated registration or is this something I need to do in person at a DMV office?

I updated mine online, way better than mailing crap to sacramento...You don't get a new reg card until you re-up it, it's in the DMV's computers until then (ie if you get pulled over, you new addy shows up). You wont recieve any confirmation, the only way I knew it had been updated was when I went in, requested my driving record and it had my new address on it.
