They can just say that as long as you bring the car to their dealership, they will provide you with the same factory warranty. So they would basically eat the costs on it. That's just my guess at least.So they will sell a brand new car with no warranty?
Correct. Audi USA Corporate will have voided the warranty once the computer is plugged into the car. This is an automated process the dealership does not control and is required for even simple software upgrades like steering wheels (I just went through this with my 5k mile service).They can just say that as long as you bring the car to their dealership, they will provide you with the same factory warranty. So they would basically eat the costs on it. That's just my guess at least.
