Speaking of new watch companies. I'm allways on the look out for new brands with potential. Companies with a bright future that have yet to be discovered. Rebellion Watches currently tops that list.

Even after having tried/worn Richard Mille pieces I still failed to develop any serious attraction to the brand. In addition, the RM price points have decreased the likelihood of me ever bonding with their collection. Rebellion watches has garnered my attention through attractive styling and reasonable pricing on their entry level pieces.

With a price point of only CHF 21'000 (recommended public price) for the REB 7 Regulateur, steel version, I find it to not only have the potential to be a more feasable option to RM but to also possibly be a watch that can become a good investment. (limited edition 36 pcs).

This piece reminds me a little of the RM Tourb Diver. But it's actually a racing inspired piece that has subtle racing ques that aren't over-done making it wearable on more occasions imo.

Created in cooperation with the designer Eric Giroud, the brand’s new brainchild, named Predator, has also inherited many features from racing automobiles: the brake discs and the pedals, the five-layer dial featuring a honeycomb base, as well as the bridges shaped as a push rod (the bridges are used to connect the chronograph counters to the dial). Price : 19'900 CHF

what is the msrp for the t1000?
Unfortunately the T1000 is one of their more pricey models:

T-1000, titanium (no steel version), CHF 99'000 (recommended public price), limited edition 100 pcs / first delivery end of 2010.

I just submitted a request with their USA Distributor. Might be the closest thing I get to an MB&F before the end of this year.

Good idea! Hell Coi, I'll have them make you a candy red one special :)

I agree, real eye catcher. thanks.

Good news D, hope you can make it materialize. I have a preference for the Reb 7. The piece recalls visual similarities from RM, MB&F and even Tag's $80,000 Monaco 4 but completely unique enough to be respected as a legitimate and unique new piece/brand.

Those are all really nice!! I like them all more than the RMs personally. Especially the first! I think there is a great future with this brand. Looks really well thought out.

When you're ready for an MB&F, let me know! If budget is a concern, I do occasionally have pre-owned pieces that I will help place for owners looking to get a different model.

As to Rebellion, I met the guys in Basel and they are very nice. They are into car racing and obviously have a lot of resources behind the company. The T1000 is pretty cool.

Best,
Steve

I just got the response back direct from the USA distributor, they don't have any in stock and suggested I contact the factory direct. Which I did the only issue is they don't have the ones with the blue numbers?

The other major issues is that my fiance just shot me down, I have 2 more horological purchases that are in route and with the up coming wedding (ungodly expensive ridiculous) she thinks I need to curb my hobby until after July.......:(

Steve,

Thank you very much. The MB&F is one of my grail watches. I own 2 on my list of 10 Grail Watches and the MB&F Frog is one of my favorites to date. If you happen to come across some one looking to sell a pre-owned one I would be very interested. My fiance nearly lost her mind when I told he how much my Thomas Preacher was.
