Rear Seat Entertainment Package for 2011 Jeep

A local Jeep dealership brought us a vehicle to design a rear seat entertainment system for a car with an active headrest restraint system. With this system we can not replace the headrests or cut in to them to mount tvs. For this vehicle we fabricated pods for the seat back to hold the monitors in place while still retaining a factory look. Let us know what you guys think.

That is really impressive workmanship, well thought out to make it look factory fitted......10 out of 10
very good craftsmanship!!

I assume oem jeep leather was used?
It looks very well done. One thing I would be concerned about is someone using the top of the mount as a grab bar while entering or exiting the vehicle.
Looks Great James!! Very OEM and stock looking...do the screens have tilt capability?

This would be my concern as well. How is the mounting done?

The mounting is very strong. I was pulling on them for a while to see how they would hold up just in case. I mean if a 300lb gorilla tries then the seat back will come off and need to be reattached.
Well done! Do the screens tilt up? Just wondering if they are low and require the people in the back to look down. It really does look OEM!
They do not tilt as they were intended for his kids and both seats at comfortable seating positions worked. We could do the same with screens that would tilt but he was not interested in those for this truck. If the customer did not have the pano roof in the truck he would have just had a flip down tv installed..
