I'm way past the point where I need to start keeping track of my rental properties, I'm not quite big enough to where I can justify paying a book keeper, plus i would like to see all the numbers so it can help me make further good investment decisions.
Here's the problem, i am not tech savy what so ever, need something I can learn on my own so i actually use it.
would prefer something I can use on a mac, some have suggested quickbooks? something at the end of the year i can just print and give to my accountant.
possibly something I can scan in utility bills for common meters, tax bills, mtg payments, home depot, handyman payments etc etc?
currently have around 15 units over 7 properties and counting.
Thanks all
