Can't say I'm impressed as this is hardly a "new watch"... but I'm glad to see the canvas strap now available in orange :lol:. I hope they have some nice 01s this year...


Movement: ETA 2894
Functions: Hours, Minutes, Seconds, Date, Chronograph (60 seconds + 30 minute counters)
Case: 42mm black PVD steel. The orange pusher is made from steel with a polycarbonate-ABS protective colver
Dial: matte black w/ luminescent coating
Crystal: Sapphire w/ Antiglare Coating
Water Resistance: 100m
Strap: Orange Canvas + Black Rubber
Clasp: pin buckle in steel w/ black PVD finish

I can't wear orange very well, however I would love this watch in a white or navy blue strap.

I like an orange hand for the GMT hand, but like thsaio said this is hardly anything new or IMO, worth of Basel. I dig the orange strap, but I love the rubber B&R band immensely, even more than Panerai's, so meh.

Since we're talking about fabric straps, I did recently get the Panerai rep to get me 3 new Panerai Velcro Nato straps (I don't think they make them anymore). They all are black, but the writing is in different colors - blue, yellow, & green - I also got a new Italy produced rubber Panerai strap. I only had ones that were made in Austria. Thanks Panerai!
