With 9,394 vehicles delivered, the Panamera 4S leads the charts followed by the Turbo (6,171 vehicles) and the Panamera S (4,563 vehicles). The exterior design doesn't really do much for me, but the interior rocks and there's no arguing with the performance of the turbo. Even the 4S performs well given its size. Lots of people doubted the Cayenne, but in the end it probably saved the company. Now the Panamera is a winner.

Whether you like the looks or not...its a hell of a car. Think about it. That 4500 lb car will not only beat for instance your m6 in a straight but will destrot it on the track as well. Hell, it trounces the m3 too. Its a masterpiece of engineering whether the rear of the car is to your liking or not. But either way, its a huge money maker considering every model except the base will run you easily 100K+.
After driving all of them...its not doubt it easily the best sedan out there.
