So i recently got a plotter + heat press in trade for some work and now I can make my own shirts...i never really liked transfers at first but for the price and knowing that you can change up your design all the time without having to pay screen fees, etc...it's worth it IMO, plus it cool to see people walking up to me and saying "Hey where did you get that shirt?" Lol :D

I am interested in this tool. do you transfer the design directly from your pc or mac and what program do use if so. can it work with Illustrator>
Yes i design it in either illustrator or the program for the plotter...u need the program for the plotter in order to cut the image but u can design all in illustrator. pretty easy to use and i am a total novice with illustrator and the plotter program which is called flexisign.

Plotters are great tools for all kind of stuff... I've done a lot with my cheepy US cutter model. Though I do have to admit, a nicer model can do a lot nicer work with cleaner cuts.

Great designs by the way.
Yeah mine is like us cutter...i hope to upgrade to a roland or graphtec soon.

thannks
