Try getting a battery tender and try to revive the battery. That's what I did on my quad and worked like a charm. Seems like you need one anyways, even if you change the battery.06' Yamaha R1
unfortunately due to the crappy weather for the past few months and forgetting to put on a trickle charger.. bike needs new battery and also valve job and tune up... better start getting her ready once the weather clears up.

It is very clean, but it's not perfect, I'd say about 8.5 right now, but with a little bit of work I'll have it up to a 9. I got it through a guy that's an expert in restoring these. He actually has a few 650's for sale currently, but they are a little more expensive. I can give you his # if you are interested.
