What do you guys think about the new design? I liked the old one much better than the new one. Not sure about the rear end. Not the kind of car I would put rims on. Looks a little futuristic.
It's probably the kind of car you like when you see it in person. Here are the pics:

The old one (current car) looks much better than the new car IMO.

The old car is unique and has its own style.

The new car kinda reminds me of a Hyundai Genesis. And the front bumper looks sorta chopped off from the side.

Rear is very VW CC-ish.... Love the CC, but this doesnt belong on the CLS. Previous gen was perfect, I loved it.

Then again, I also prefer the previous model E class. Interiors were much better before the update as well.
