They're bead locks... While 4x4ing with reduced air pressure in the tires for better grip on rocks/logs/etc the tires are more susceptible to blowing the bead seal (rim to tire) The bead lock prevents this from happening by securing the rim to the tire.What are the white things on the rims? I assume brush/mud guards for the expensive painted rims?
