I think Maserati did a great job with these cars. If they put the California twin Turbo motor in it it would be one heck of a car.

"The GranTurismo MC Centennial range are vibrant offerings which reference the storied passion and romance of the Maserati tradition. Along with the Ghibli and Quattroporte sedans, which have found a welcome reception in the market, the sporty new GranTurismo MC Centennial Edition coupes and convertibles are for those who desire inspired automobiles." commented Peter M. Grady, President and CEO of Maserati North America, Inc.

The renders don't do the special edition colors justice. You can't see the way the colors change do to the way that the light hits the car with depending on the different angles etc.
Magma Red (Look at the passenger door & the space between the passenger headlight and the top of the front grill)

Inchiostro Blue (Should've gotten a better angle)

Compare the Inchiostro Blue with a standard Blu Emozione Ghibli

The GT successor will likely have a cross-plane version of the California T motor, not this one. That said these cars are stunning as usual, I'm gonna be sad seeing this design go.
