Title spelling correction: Tractor
If a mod can please correct it, I'd appreciate it!

If you guys do any tractor pulling or mud drag racing please post your setup in this thread!

Here was my 89 Chevy I used for wheeling and mud drag racing.
It has a 13" lift in the front and a 10" lift in the rear.
It was on 40" T Birds.

Once I put my ATS Stage 2 into my Duramax I'll probably tractor pull and mud drag with that.

Haha thanks!
Yeah, I like Chevy's.
I've never seen anyone mud bog with Thornbirds.
+1

Not mud bogging, but mud dragging.
The mud in mud dragging isn't as wet and swampy as mud bogging.
Even for mud dragging, I should have used a smaller tire size but I just made due.
Not into mud period, but somehow I got convinced into taking my tdi power defender 90 on 35's into the mud bog. Turns out it was a lot of fun, especially hearing the turbo scream as it was tagging the redline... Cleaning it sucked though, for my bro in law who had to do it anyway

I never did one with the Hummer. Lots of people asked me to participate, but I am not a big fan of high speed off roading. It gets too expensive, too quickly.

still, i wouldnt think tbirds were any good for this. need more space between the lugs, otherwise they get clogged up and you then have slicks lol.
Whats all done to the dirtymax?
Not much yet.
ATS Stage 2 tranny, K&N intake, cat delete, egr delete, PPE Boost Valve, 5 inch exhaust, Bullydog PMT and prolly a couple other things I'm forgetting.
Not mud. But, here's a pic of the sand drag car that my father and I run in the summer. He's the crew chief and I'm everything else (Driver, pit crew, etc). We're always trying to put on a show for the fans! No one remembers who won, but they always remember the guy who did a big wheelie! haha It's got a N/A SBC with a th350 behind it, chain driver 4x4.

This isn't mine obviously, but it's the next step in mud trucks. Sort of a hybrid monster truck / mud truck this is Dennis Anderson's newest creation "King Sling"
