I had exactly from sunday to the next sunday to finish this remodel. 1 bathroom 2 bedroom. I had to tear down and remodel the sink area in the bathroom and the entire kitchen. I worked day and night, had many complaints from neighbors and had to deal with Hawaiian cockroaches the size of well, LA cockroaches. Before and after pics. Glad to finally be home and I'm thoroughly exhausted.

Tank a Yew! It was a real challenge to get it all done in only 7 days with just my pops helping me. He is getting old so he hurt his back. But the only part I didn't do was the install of the corian countertop and backsplash. Had the cabinet place's guy cut, polish and install. The only set back was the electric 40 gallon water heater, the old one leaked so I had to replace it. Took more time but in the end just finished Yesterday afternoon, than took the red eye back.

I forgot to mention I also painted the entire condo, finished it barely yesterday. The shower tile was ok but ugly so I had a guy come and spray a 2 part epoxy coating over it, than replaced all bezels with new ones and installed a new shower nozzle. The masking and cutting while painting is so time consuming. Did it all in flat white. This is a rental, which was only making $1300! And its 3 blocks away from the beach in Waikiki. Now I'm asking $2700 a month.
