Hey guys,

I'm in the process of purchasing an office condo in Valencia due to I need a place to keep some of my cars. I can hold close to 16 cars and looking to see if anyone might be interested in keeping some cars stored?

My detail guy is interested in possibly leasing some space and having customers keep cars at my facility and when they want one, he will take them out make sure they're good to go and swap cars and detail the one they drive in. I'll have battery tenders for all cars, Wifi, Big Screen TV's etc.

LOL @ office condo. Seriously though how many square feet? I am trying to imagine a garage for space for approx 15-20 cars (without lifts).
