I need help finding an STI!

Im in the market for an older STI to swap my truck out for. Price range=<20,000, preferably the best condition you can find with as low of miles as possible of course. I think stock would be best but im still open to all suggestions. Any help is appreciated thanks!

EDIT* I have more questions for anyone who can answer...

At what mileage should i say is too much? For my price range, it looks like mostly 04' and 05's, with a couple high mileage 06's is what im working with. What years of those are best? Any sort of maintance check points i should be looking for? Any motor or mechanical malfunctions with these years i should ask about or be worried about? Any thing i should know owning the car, is what id like to find out. Thanks whats again.

Honestly cant find anything! I havent seen one with low miles at all, and all ive found was a clean 06 at this place that Insideoutoreo and i went to that was over priced so nothing so far. Insideoutoreo also through out the idea of an s4, anyone got anything on those? Ive looked and i would definitely be open for an avant after seeing The Godfathers for sale and i would also want the newer version of the 05's(the new body styles)

^it's hard to find STI that wasn't beaten by the previous owner. And if they're clean w/ low miles they will probably be overpriced. The S4 is a great option if you have deep pockets for gas. The V8 is way more reliable than the subaru engine thats for sure. Chain tensioners need to be changed at 150k miles (very very very expensive), but thats the only downpoint.

What are my options you think for anything just under 20grand?

Your budget is too low for the type of car you're looking at (4x4 performance sedan), unless you are willing to take the maintenance risks. Best swag for the buck would be a 2005.5 b7 s4 with high miles. I wouldn't go into used evos/sti/wrx because ppl that buy those beat the crap outta them. I personally would wait till i get good 25-30k and then consider an S4.

I know. I would wish to get some help from the parentals but they wont add anything and im doing an unpaid internship so theres no help there either haha. I just want to do something bad but seem to have little luck :eek:hwell:
