Nice! I did something like this back in one of the apartments I lived in during college. Use any specific program for the picture and/or special paper or did you buy it like this?

What material is that? Looks good
Used adobe acrobat to print the image so that each tile is exactly the same size. Normal paper as glossy photo paper reflects too much light. Laser printer to print the image, and I used pink rigid foam insulation board from home depot. the most time costuming part is the cutting the foam to size

What did you use to cut the sheets out, and how did you align everything so well? Looks great.

Looks great, especially the beach scene.

I can definitely see doing that to a Miami skyline and some of my old shots from old place in Key West.
