I was looking for a multi timezone watch, no larger than 45mm and no "Jacob's" Anyone have any suggestions?

Multi, meaning a GMT with one additional time zone, or more?

I use a rolex gmt master II and couldn't be happier. Easy to read & operate and extremely comfortable on the wrist.

If a GMT...the PAM 233 is a worthy piece.

I just sold my Sinn U2. It's a good watch if you want something you can dive with, although it's a hefty piece.

I 2nd Petrolfiend, the Rolex GMT-Master II is the benchmark of GMT watches.
