I'd have to measure it out.
Basically you need the height of each car added to about 1 1/2feet or so. The total should be under your ceiling height.
True, but also pay attention in measuring how your garage door opens in respect to height and length of door travel, and how you will park your cars on the lift. With mine below, since my Panteras have a low front end, all worked out fine in backing in the car with the door going over the hood. With some cars this would not work in my situation of door height. Even with my situation of backing in, I had to put a stopper on the garage door maximum opening so that the door travel stops just short of the windshield....ouch! Some people have their garage door raised too as an option, but this happened to work fine for me.

Good point, I did redo the garage rails to go as high as possible to the ceiling and also went with a new side motor mount so that I could have maximal clearance at the top.

thanks for the info.. do you think you could fit two bentleys stacked on top of each other with your ceiling height?
12 ft ceiling is best and should be a comfortable fit...side mount remote doors with high lift rails so the garage doors go up to the ceiling when open.....

Is a 2 not safe to park under, even with setting it down on the locking pins? I mean understand if you bump a post that you're screwed, but otherwise I'd assume it should be fine.
