How many gallardos has boost logic tt'd?
So far only 1. This Nera is Kean's personal project car and the turbo kit is a bit different than the one on the orange car. Kean just doesn't like doing things off the shelf so he decided to build and design his own turbo kit since he was bored with his minivan ;)

I did not build an exhaust manifold. I am using the stock headers. I am changing the cat out to a test pipe after I have everything else fabricated. As far as I know, all the TT Gallardo kits are currently using the stock exhaust manifold. They seem to flow well enough to make 1500+ WHP..
Cool, I didn't know that.
It's looking great so far. I can wait to see more pics and vids!:clap:

Thanks for the support! I'm glad to hear there are people out there enjoying the progress pictures. A lot of time and hard work is going into this project :)
I'll be updating on a daily basis.

I am also taking time lapse video so hopefully when I'm all done, I can release a video of all the work that was done.
Great! I am looking forward to the video and udpates. Would also be interested to see what you would charge for a similar bolt on kit for my G once yours is done and tuned.

Its been a few days since i've read the thread and i may have forgot, but what do you plan to do for fuel? Is the fuel system able to handle boost? or will you need bigger fuel injectors/pump? Awesome work thus far!

Thanks guys! I will be finishing up more of the fabrication on Thursday so I will be posting more pics tomorrow evening. I have been waiting for some materials/tubing to come in so I can finish up the exhaust and the wastegate recirc.

I will be adding an additional 10 x 780cc injectors which will be controlled by the AEM Series 2. Depending on what I can do with the stock fuel pressure regulator, I will either be upgrading the stock 2 pumps or adding an additional bosch pump to feed the secondary rail setup.
