207 on a zx-12 with big bore and bottle... I have the patch to prove it... 200+ mph club in Chicago, we have a cop who's a member clock people on the Dan Ryan in the wee hours... but this was years ago...

At 189 no matter where you put your head on this bike it turns you into a bobble head doll... the wind just comes over the top and grab the top of the helmet, while the air pocket behind the windsheild sucks your chin in... never did that again, Man was I a stupid kid... BUT I got that patch I needed so bad... hehehe

175 MPH in a customer's modified Z06 :bananawith customer as passenger) on the freeway in light traffic passing up a CHP weigh station:SHOCKED:. Going back to the shop 150 MPH (passing same CHP weigh station:SHOCKED. I was 20 years old, had driven plenty of high dollar / horsepower cars (none past 30 MPH) and it was the 1st time a customer told me that I could have fun with his car. To quote him "Its your license son, I can't drive fast any more because I got too many tickets in my previous corvette, but as long as you know how to drive a stick shift and don't crash it, go balls out, but remember if we get pulled over, its your license".:wow2: I was young and dumb (still young just not soo dumb), and if I would have gotten caught I would have spent the night in jail (at the very least). But F it, no nuts, no glory, right? Since then I haven't owned anything or been given a chance to drive anything that will allow me to match or beat those numbers (this time at the track, instead of on the freeway).

And then I rode in another RUF down the Autobahn at 213 mph. It actually maxed out at 213 but the speedo was bouncing between 212 and 213

 

I once did ~170mph (it were 274 km/h) in a Boxster S - legally

 

140 mph in a bmw m3, during a vacation at dubai on the highway. Pure fun.
