Conrad Black — Donald Trump’s long-time friend and Canada’s most famous white-collar criminal — is looking for some extra cash. Black and his wife are putting their historic Toronto estate up for auction on March 8th.

According to the Globe and Mail , Black said in a statement: “It is a big house for two people. We will be abroad a good deal, and moving to a more manageable home will be a convenience to us now as our careers have evolved. Auction is the best way to achieve this end, as it sets the timeline on what will be, in physical terms, a large relocation.”

Located on the Bridle Path of Toronto (known to locals as Millionaire’s Row), Black has entertained many famous guests in this beautiful estate including Richard Nixon and Elton John. The residence is equipped with nine bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, a guest apartment and a coach house.

Real estate experts are giving the residence a value of $21.8 million. If you’re interested in buying from a man who served 37 months in a U.S. prison for fraud and obstruction of justice, place a bid on March 8th with Concierge Auctions of New York.
