We own some commercial property that we are re-developing, and we are interested in discussing a build-to-suit arrangment with CVS. I have the general contacts for the regional CVS real estate folks, but I was wondering if anyone here might have a business/personal relationship with anyone at CVS?

On the same note, we are looking for a credit tenant financing relationship and would love to hear any recommendations. We own the property outright and have sufficient capital for traditional financing, but we would like to know what options might be available through CTL financing.

Thanks!

Zane,

I might be able to help you. I'm a commercial finance broker and we have some relationships when it comes to CTL financing that might be more aggressive than your standard bank especially when it comes to build to suit and construction.

What type of terms are you getting on the traditional financing?

I'd be interested in seeing what you've got going on and if I could help you.

Feel free to message me offsite.
Thanks,

Jared Rine
