considering moving to Florida

I may be moving south, and was wondering if anyone could hook me up with a realtor in the Boca area. If anyone has any suggestions besides Boca I'm open. I definitely don't want anything like South Beach though since I have a family I'm looking for a nice house in a nice community. Also if anyone has a house their looking to sell I may be interested. Thanks for any help. If Florida doesn't work out then I may just go to cali and move next door to RAW!!

I just bought a nice house in Kendall, if you want I can recommend my realtor for that area.

This would be my primary residence Nik, I'm getting tired of the rat race up north and thinking of winding down a little in FLA. Nothing definite yet but Dana is down for the move and we are exploring the opportunity.

Good luck on whatever you guys decide. You'll be missed with the Tri-state crew...but then that gives us an excuse to visit FL or Cali

HAHA no bro the vacation was a last minute thing. We only decided a couple of days before we left to come here. We've been thinking about moving somewhere a little more chilled out for a while and I'm getting used to this nice warm weather. The only thing that's a problem is how much I will be leaving behind. I've been in Jersey my entire life so it and the family biz has been there for almost 40 years so it's hard. We'll see what happens I'm already working on it but to pull the trigger is going to take some serious balls..

I have been looking around a bit on the net while I've been down here. Thanks to my Brother Deej for hooking me up with the links. I'm also working with a realtor that I met on L4P and I've switched my focus to Windemere. I see a bunch of nice houses in this area and hopefully I'll be down here by the winter. If you guys have any suggestions I'm open to them.

Windermere is nice, so is the Bay Hill area (if you follow golf, it's where they hold the bay hill invitational).

Thanks for all of the help guys, I found the area I want to, move to it's called KEENES POINTE. I also have a realtor that I'm working with already and have a few properties that I'm focusing on.

Very nice choice Fastlane. I can say that is the ultimate community. Guard on duty at all times. Radar enforced speed limit. My aunt lives in the same place. She has lived there for about six years now. Been there a bunch of times. I love the community and the area. Windemere is a great place to raise a family. Really top notch. Here's two pics of my aunts house

btw, when you go in through the side entrance you can either make a left or right. The people in the community have a saying "if you live to the left, you married for money. If you live to the right, you married for love.

My aunt lives to the right :lol:

Either way you can't go wrong. Best of luck
