Chronosport Seapearl 600

I don't know much about watches but have recently tried getting into them a little. I currently have a Chronosport Seapearl 600 that I wear almost everyday. I know almost nothing about it except that my father thought he bought it in 1980 and it still looks new to this day. I'll try to get some pictures up later but i was just wondering if anyone here knew about this watch or the company itself.

Googling it shows that one sold on eBay for $159 last year.

I googled the dang thing a few times and I found Seapearl, Sea Pearl 600, Seapearl 600, Belair Seapearl 600 but never a "Chronosport Seapearl 600" so I'm still not sure what they look like.

Here is a picture that i took with my computer so it looks horrible, I'll try to get more pictures up tomorrow taken with a real camera. The price on the original box says it was sold for $500 back in 1980ish. Apparently the company went out of business in 1999. I'm not sure if you can tell from this picture but the watch face is very small (possibly a ladies watch? I have no clue).

Great find! Do you know anything about the brand? Did Geneve take over Chronosport when they went out of business?
