Yesterday I went to Lowes and bought another Kholer toilet (slim line design for the 2nd bathroom) and a soft close toilet seat for that toto wall hung toilet. I was going to install it yesterday but the van I borrowed to bring everything to my rental broke down (starter). So I'll post some pics of what I'm doing tomorrow.

Just finished the ceiling. The rest of the walls (drwall / backer board) will be primed and covered in cut to size mirrors. Makes the room look larger and I stole that idea from this restaurant called Katsuya in Hollywood. Electronics Text Technology Electronic device Material property

I like it a lot, Neil. I enjoy simplicity and usability in my house as well.

I did my most of downstairs in one of a kind Italian Porcelain. I lucked up and came in after some mega wealthy guy that had them made and didn't want the extra. I bought it all and did the bathroom walls with it as well. There is no substitute equal to Italian Porcelain, IMO.
Thanks, I really like the aesthetics of modern Italian design. I like the tile as well of course. In this house I'm trying to incorporate all of the elements of fine dining/clubbing and bringing that into the home but in a practical way. I will post more pics of the rest of the house as I finish it, the only thing that sucks is I'm pretty much the only one working on it right now, I have a helper but he doesn't know how to do dick, he's just an asshole kid relative that I'm giving work to.

Mirrors are up. Had to stop working on this house in order to finish 2 others. Work is never done.

Thanks. Going to finish up the tile work tomorrow and then grout it all. After that the tub goes in. I'm really excited with installing this tub its perfectly rectangular and is designed for 2 people with arm rests molded inside. That hole in the ceiling I posted earlier is how you fill the tub, a perfect stream of water comes down and fills it.

Than I guess you wouldnt want to use the bathroom in katsuya (where I ripped the idea off from). To save you from googling it, katsuya is an over priced sushi joint chain in hollywood and glendale.

Tub installed finally. It's designed for 2 people and finished on all sides. This fuqing thing cost me 5500 to get made, they charge extra for the arm rests. Right above it there will be a flat screen tv.

Well put it this way. Modern TV's are pretty much built with pretty decent standards even against moisture. For example, when you go to any decent Vegas suite, there will be TV's in the bathroom. The ones in the Venetian and Palazzo are just regular old flat screens. No special coverings or moisture rated TV's. So I'm not too worried about it. 2nd, I have 2 quiet run 100 CFM fans, one near the tub/shower and another one in the toilet room and those sucks out air / moisture real quick. I can see dust leaving the room fast when I turn it on. 3rd there is a small slide open window over the tub as you can see in the pics that you can open if you want to air the place out. I guess what I'm trying to say it, we shall see what happens lol Oh and thanks for the compliments. Next comes the floating double vanity sink, vessel bowls and custom mirror work.

Perfect. Gotta have one.
I think what people appreciate the most about putting a tv up there is knowing that you went through the trouble of running power supply and HDMI/Coaxial/HDMI cable to that exact spot. It takes a significant amount of work just to do it.

Hey is that the water proof plaster that they use in showers? I've been looking for information regarding this for a shower I'm working on for one of my rentals.
