It’s been 50 years since Lamborghini introduced what would become one of the world’s iconic supercars.
The Miura project was originally a secret, conceptualized by a few designers in the company. Ferruccio Lamborghini happened to stumble across their blueprint, and immediately gave the ambitious project the green light.
To celebrate the car’s anniversary, Lambo is releasing 50 limited edition versions of the Aventador, highlighted with special paint jobs to commemorate the event. Six distinct solid and metallic two tone options will be available, along with Miura badges for each example of the car.
Lamborghini is still leaving some room for customization, with the car’s features not set in stone; buyers have the option to choose from Terra Emilia or Nero Ade leather interior, for example.
