Hey guys,
I know how L4P is with the local scene so I thought I'd show one of the nicest Cayennes we've tinkered with from this region.

Originally the 2009 Cayenne Turbo S showed up for our Stage 1 performance upgrade including the EVOMSit Software, EVOMS DVs, EVOMS twin V-flow intake, a TechArt exhaust, TechArt LED daytime running lights, and interior upgrades. This combination of parts bumps the power to 611 hp and 608 ft-lb torque.

Here's the stock engine bay; notice the carbon fiber trim that comes with the "S" models:

Here we are removing some of the plastic panels to gain access to the stock airboxes:

And on the other side also:

Both airboxes removed:

The start of the assembly:

In go the silicone hoses:

Now over to the EVOMSit software. The Siemens TFSI based ECU is tuned for 91 octane:

The owner of this car next decided to add TechArt's Daytime Running Light LED kit to his Cayenne.

First the Cayenne's front bumper cover was removed:

Along with the big wheels and splash guards. See the size of the splash guards here, with a business card for size reference:

OEM lights:

TechArt LED replacement:

James manages the wires on the rear of the bumper cover:

Big mouth:

Those wires are from someone's installation of a front radar detector/jammer.

Second TechArt LED installed, front bumper cover installed:

Testing the LEDs out for the first time:

Close-up:

And a video showing the lights in action:

Note that the lights are much more visible from certain angles, and when traffic is coming toward your front (or seeing it in the rear mirror) they'll likely spot you a lot sooner. The lights dim automatically when the headlights are enabled and when the signals are used.

After a bit of driving, the owner decided that 610 HP was not quite enough, and he then brought the car back for the Shark Werks Cayenne Bypass Exhaust system. His main hope was to further reduce turbo lag.

This system replaces the secondary cats with OEM-fitting, single piece CNC mandrel bent straight pipes to reduce turbo lag (on Turbo models of course), give a more aggressive / sportier sound and more top-end power. Throttle response is also improved.

Here's a video showing the car now with the Shark Werks Exhaust coupled to the aftermarket muffler:

And I think he's happy for now... :)
