Its not fair to compare a 750li to a S63, the base model 7 series vs. one of the top S class models. The 750li should be compared to the s550 as they are about the same price. That s63 is to be compared to an Alphina B7 or 760li .

E65/E66 Alpinas are RWD, F01/F02 are both RWD & AWD! And they ARE loud

I looked at a 2011 760li and S63 earlier this year and the BMW doesn't even come close in terms of overall quality, interior feel, etc. I noticed that it had a lot more road noise as well.

I went home with the MBZ and so happy I did!
