Recently fell victim of a bird dropping that was not able to be cleaned off right away from venturshield clear-bra. Looks like the surface is not cleaning up with any cleaner wax or plastic polish of any kind.

Any ideas on how to effectively remove the stain?

If the stain is not coming off with either of the above options you listed, it's likely already "etched" in to the clear bra. The only way to properly remove the stain is to use a heat gun and heat the area where the stain is. The PPF should then "mold" its self back together (in a sense), and get rid of the stain.
