I'm looking to buy my first house in late February. Where should I look to get the best info on foreclosures in my area?

So you want a foreclosure that needs work or one that is already rehabbed? I know a person that does awesome rehabs in Atlanta.

Im open to either, price being the determing factor of course. Ideally, id hope to find something renovated at a decent rate.
